Trust & Safety

Yerba is built for adult creators, and built to be safe. Here is who Yerba is for, what is allowed, the lines we never cross, and how to report a problem in plain language.

Who Yerba is for

Yerba is a tool for adult creators, and it is strictly 18+. Everyone who uses Yerba, every creator and every fan, must be at least 18 years old. Yerba pages themselves stay clean: a page is a friendly chat, with no explicit media, and a creator's link is shared inside the conversation rather than listed in the page. Where that link goes is the creator's own destination, and the creator is responsible for following the rules of whatever platform they send fans to.

The lines we never cross

Some things are never allowed on Yerba, full stop. Accounts that break these rules are removed, and we report illegal activity to the authorities:

  • Anyone under 18. No minors, anywhere, in any form. Any content that sexualizes a minor is reported to NCMEC and law enforcement and the account is terminated.
  • Non-consensual material. No leaked, hacked, hidden-camera, or "revenge" content, and nothing shared without the clear consent of everyone in it.
  • Impersonation. You may only run a page as yourself. No pretending to be another person or claiming to be someone you are not.
  • Trafficking, coercion, or exploitation. Nothing that promotes or facilitates human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or coercion of any kind.
  • Anything illegal. No content or links that are illegal where you are or where your fans are.

Verifying age and identity

Creating a page means confirming that you are 18 or older and that everyone featured in any content you link to is a consenting adult. As we grow, creators may be asked to complete identity and age verification, and we cooperate with the verification requirements of the platforms creators connect to. If we cannot confirm that an account belongs to an adult, we suspend it until we can.

How your link stays private

Yerba is built so a creator's link never sits in the public HTML of their page. It is delivered inside a chat reply, after a real exchange, only to a fan who is genuinely engaging. That protects creators from bulk scraping and keeps the public page itself safe for work. It is also why a Yerba page does not display explicit media: the page is the conversation, not a gallery.

Reporting a problem

If you see something on a Yerba page that breaks these rules, or you believe content involves a minor, was shared without consent, or impersonates you, tell us and we will act quickly. Email support@yerba.chat with the handle (the yerba.chat/username address) and a short description. Reports about minors or non-consensual content are treated as urgent.

If you are the person in content that was posted without your consent, or you are requesting a takedown, include enough detail for us to find it and we will remove it and follow up.

What happens when a rule is broken

Depending on what we find, we may remove content, suspend a page, or permanently close an account. Serious violations, especially anything involving minors or non-consensual material, mean an immediate ban and a report to the appropriate authorities. We aim to be fair and to tell creators why, but the safety lines above are not negotiable.

Fan safety

Fans are never charged by Yerba and never sign up to talk to a page. A Yerba chat is a conversation with a creator's agent, and any link it shares goes to that creator's own destination, where their normal terms and pricing apply. Never share passwords or financial details in a chat, and if a page asks you to, report it using the email above.

Still have questions? Email us at support@yerba.chat and a real person will respond in a timely manner.
