Pick a handle on the sign-up page, then add your name, a photo, and a few sentences about your personality. That is the whole setup, and it takes about two minutes. Your page goes live right away at yerba.chat/yourname. There is nothing to design and no template to wrestle with, the onboarding walks you through each field in order. If you are not sure what to write, you can start with the suggested defaults and refine everything later from your dashboard.

Set up, edit, and share your page entirely from mobile.
Open the Instagram app, go to your profile, and tap Edit profile. Tap the Links field (or Add link), paste yerba.chat/yourname, and save. If you have more than one link, you can set Yerba as the one shown right under your bio so fans tap it first. Newer versions of Instagram let you add several links and reorder them, so put Yerba at the top where it is most visible. The change is live the second you save, and you can test it by tapping the link from your own profile.

In the TikTok app, go to your profile and tap Edit profile, then Website. Paste yerba.chat/yourname and save. TikTok shows a website link in your bio once your account qualifies for it; if you do not see the Website field yet, add the link to your bio text in the meantime. Once the Website field is connected it shows as a tappable link under your bio, so move the link there as soon as it unlocks.

Sign in, reset a password, or manage your account.
Go to the password reset page and we will email you a link to set a new one. Open the link, choose a new password, and you are back in. The reset link is good for a short window for your security, so use it soon after it arrives, and if it does not show up, check your spam folder or try again with the email on your account.

Use the log in page and sign in with your email or username plus your password. Once you are in, your dashboard is where you edit everything. Either your email or your username works, and if you are signed in on your phone, you will usually stay signed in so you can jump straight to your dashboard.

Quick fixes for the most common hiccups.
Try a hard refresh first, and check that you typed the handle correctly. If it keeps happening, email us your handle and we will look into it right away. A hard refresh clears most temporary glitches, and double-checking the spelling of the handle rules out a simple typo, so if it still will not open, send us the exact link you are using so we can trace it.

This is almost always a brief model hiccup. Wait a moment and send your message again. If it keeps happening, let us know and we will check it out. The model occasionally pauses for a second under load, and a quick resend almost always gets things moving again, but if replies keep stalling, tell us your handle and roughly when it happened so we can investigate.

Open your dashboard and confirm the link you saved is correct and complete, including the https part. Save it again, then test your page in a fresh browser tab. Most broken links come from a missing https or a small typo in the saved URL, so re-check it character by character, and opening your page in a private or fresh tab confirms the fix without a cached version getting in the way.
