Getting started
Claim your page and go live in a couple of minutes.
Pick a handle on the sign-up page, then add your name, a photo, and a few sentences about your personality. That is the whole setup, and it takes about two minutes. Your page goes live right away at yerba.chat/yourname.
Claim your handleJust an email address and an idea of the link you want fans pointed to. A photo and a couple of sentences in your own voice make the chat feel like you, but you can add or change those any time.
Under two minutes. Add your name, a photo, a couple of sentences in your voice, and the link you want shared. Your page is live the moment you finish, and you can refine the wording or swap the link whenever you like.
No. Yerba is just a link, so there is nothing to download and nothing to set up on your phone or computer. Swap it in where your old link in bio used to be and you are live.
You add a card when your 7-day free trial begins, so your page keeps running the moment the trial ends. You are not charged during the trial, and you can cancel anytime before it ends if Yerba isn't for you.
See pricingYou land in a short onboarding that helps you set your name, photo, voice, and first link. When you finish, your page is already live and you can share it immediately.
Yes. Open your dashboard to preview exactly what a fan sees, then tweak your voice, photo, or link until it feels right before you put it in your bio.
On your phone
Set up, edit, and share your page entirely from mobile.
Open the Instagram app, go to your profile, and tap Edit profile. Tap the Links field (or Add link), paste yerba.chat/yourname, and save. If you have more than one link, you can set Yerba as the one shown right under your bio so fans tap it first.
In the TikTok app, go to your profile and tap Edit profile, then Website. Paste yerba.chat/yourname and save. TikTok shows a website link in your bio once your account qualifies for it; if you do not see the Website field yet, add the link to your bio text in the meantime.
On X, tap Edit profile and paste yerba.chat/yourname into the Website field. On Reddit, open your profile, tap Edit, and add the link to your Social links or bio. Both work the same on phone and desktop.
Yes. Yerba is built mobile-first, so your page and the chat work in any modern phone browser like Safari or Chrome. Most of your fans will arrive on mobile, and the experience is designed for them first.
No app needed. Yerba runs in the browser for both you and your fans, so there is nothing to install. You can add your page or dashboard to your home screen for one-tap access if you like.
Open yerba.chat on your phone browser, log in, and go to your dashboard. You can update your name, photo, voice, and links from there. Every editor is built to work with one thumb on a small screen.
Log inYour public page has a share button that opens your phone's native share sheet, so you can drop the link into a DM, story, or message in a couple of taps. You can also copy the link and paste it anywhere.
In Safari, tap the Share icon and choose Add to Home Screen. In Chrome on Android, open the menu and tap Add to Home screen. You get a tappable icon that opens your page or dashboard instantly.
Fields are sized so your phone does not zoom in when you tap them, which keeps the page from jumping around. If the keyboard covers what you are editing, scroll the field back into view; your changes save when you tap save or move on.
The layout adapts to the screen, so on a phone the chat fills the width and controls stack for easy thumb reach, while on desktop there is more room around the conversation. The content and your voice are the same on both.
Your handle and link
How your link works and where it shows up.
Only inside the chat. Your agent shares it during the conversation, so it never appears in your public page's source for anyone to scrape or flag. Your page stays clean, with nothing static to scan.
Anything you already use: your private page, your shop, your socials, your content, your booking page, or your newsletter. Your chat learns what each fan is after and points them to the right one inside the conversation.
Yes, from your dashboard. Your old handle stops pointing to your page once you switch, so remember to update your bio link wherever you have shared it.
Yes. Your chat can point fans to different links depending on what they ask for, so a fan looking for your shop and a fan looking for your premium content each get sent to the right place.
Short and recognizable. Use the same name fans already know you by so the link is easy to remember and type. Handles can use lowercase letters, numbers, periods, and underscores.
For now every page lives at yerba.chat/yourname, which keeps your link clean and easy to share. Custom domains are on our roadmap; email us if that matters for you and we will keep you posted.
Customizing your chat
Teach the agent your voice and steer the conversation.
You write two or three sentences about your personality and what you want fans to know. The agent uses that to chat warmly in your voice, answer questions, and slip your link in naturally. You can read and tweak the voice any time.
Open your dashboard and edit the voice section. Update the description of how you talk and what you want fans to feel, then save. The next conversation uses your changes right away.
Yes. You can give the agent objectives, like pointing fans toward your premium content or your booking page, so it steers the chat where you want it to go. Advanced objectives are part of the Creator tier.
See plansYes. You can choose a theme so your page matches your brand. Advanced theme options are part of the Creator tier.
No. It is built to feel like a friendly DM, not a toll booth. The agent chats first and shares your link naturally within a message or two, so fans feel welcomed rather than gated.
Yes. Chat with your own agent from the dashboard to hear how it sounds, then refine the voice until it feels like you before fans ever see it.
Billing and plans
One flat price, a free trial, and no cut of your earnings.
A flat $14.99 a month. That is the whole price, the same every month, no matter how much traffic your page gets.
See pricingNever per click and never per fan. Yerba is a flat $14.99 monthly subscription, and the first charge lands when your 7-day free trial ends, on the card you added when you started. Sharing your link and chatting with fans does not add any fees.
Yes. Every account starts with a 7-day free trial. You add a card to begin so your page never goes dark, but nothing is charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then.
When the 7-day trial ends, your account continues on the Creator plan at the flat $14.99 a month with no interruption, charged to the card you already added. Cancel anytime before the trial ends if it isn't for you.
No. Yerba takes 0% of your earnings. Whatever you sell, anywhere, is entirely yours. Your only cost is the flat monthly subscription.
Yes. You can cancel whenever you want from your dashboard, and you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no cancellation fee.
Open your dashboard and edit your billing info in the billing section. Changes take effect right away, and you can swap or update your card whenever you need to.
Yes. If you run 5 or more creator pages, our Agency plan is built for that. Reach out and we will set you up with the right plan and pricing.

Yes. Open your dashboard settings and update your password there. If you cannot log in at all, use the password reset link instead.
Reset your passwordYou can delete your account from your dashboard settings. This removes your page and data. If you only want to step away for a while, you can pause your page instead so the link stops resolving without losing your setup.
Privacy and safety
How your page protects your links and your privacy.
Your links live inside the chat, not in a static list on the page. The agent shares the right one inside a conversation, so your page reads as something personal in your voice rather than a wall of buttons.
Trust and safetyAnyone with your link can open your public chat page, just like any link in bio. The difference is that what they see is a conversation in your voice, not a list of links, and your private link only surfaces inside that chat.
We collect only what we need to run your page and your account, and we do not sell your data. Our privacy page explains what we store and why in plain language.
Read the privacy policyEmail our team and we will look into it quickly. Our trust and safety page covers what we allow, how we handle reports, and how to reach us.
Trust and safetyYerba works for a wide range of creators. Your links live inside the chat rather than in a public list, which keeps your page clean and personal. Review our trust and safety guidelines so you know what is allowed.
Trust and safetyTroubleshooting
Quick fixes for the most common hiccups.
Try a hard refresh first, and check that you typed the handle correctly. If it keeps happening, email us your handle and we will look into it right away.
This is almost always a brief model hiccup. Wait a moment and send your message again. If it keeps happening, let us know and we will check it out.
Open your dashboard and confirm the link you saved is correct and complete, including the https part. Save it again, then test your page in a fresh browser tab.
Use a common image format like JPG or PNG and try a smaller file if it stalls. If the upload still fails, switch to a stronger connection and try once more, then email us if it persists.
Our fields are sized to stop phones from zooming when you tap them. If the page still jumps, make sure your browser is up to date and that you are on the page over a normal connection, then reload and try again.
Make sure you saved the change in your dashboard, then start a fresh conversation to hear it. Existing open chats may still show the previous wording until you begin a new one.
Email our team with your handle and a short description of what happened, including a screenshot if you can. A real person will get back to you.
